NHL Predictions 10/30
Season Record (Winning Teams): 61-50
Season Record (Full Predictions) : 4-107
I bit the bullet last night. Seriously need to rub down my Crystal ball and get the flow back. "when you got that glow!" Doesn't anyone know the movie "The Last Dragon" ?
Onto tonight: (new format)
NY Islanders (2-4-5)
Is it possible for the New York Islanders to keep Alexander "the Great" Ovechkin off the score sheet two games in a row ? The better situation is can the Islanders post back to back wins?
Final - Islanders 4 Capitals 3
The Penguins are on fire, are showing why they are the defending cup champs and why they could repeat. Columbus needs to find a way to rebound and tonight could be a start to that because of the injury riddled Penguins. Will Sid the Kid rise to the occasion?
Final - Blue Jackets 3 Penguins 2 F/OT
The Toronto Maple Leafs will look to post win #2 on the season tonight when they face Ryan Miller and the Buffalo Sabres. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it isn't likely to happen.
Final - Sabres 4 Leafs 1
NY Rangers (8-4-1)
Let's see: No Higgins, No Gaborik, No Avery. The Rangers need Lundqvist to stand very tall tonight. Minny is trying to get on the right track which would be the winning track. This should be interesting.
Final - Rangers 2 Wild 1
Carey Price will be making his first start in a long time tonight for the Canadiens who will be in Chicago against the Hawks. The Hawks, who are on somewhat of a roller coaster ride this season, will try to find an offensive spark tonight.
Final - Habs 3 Hawks 2 F/SO
Uhm, really, I have no idea here. Alex Auld could spell victory for Dallas. He really is a good goalie.
Final - Stars 3 Panthers 2
What is wrong with Anaheim this year? Andrew Raycroft stole the show last night for Vancouver and no one knows who will step up for Anaheim. Scott Neidermayer traded at the deadline? Who would of thought this?
Final - Canucks 3 Ducks 1
San Jose (8-4-1)
Game of the night! You heard it here first. Tonight is the question of who shows up. Will San Jose find an explosive offensive production against the Avalanche who will start Craig Anderson for his tenth start in a row? I think the Avs might come out on top yet again tonight. Wolski is just the man. (Ryan O'Reilly, watch this kid tonight as well).
Final - Avs 4 Sharks 3 F/OT
enjoy the night!
