Going to just jump into this without any previous comments:
New Jersey Devils vs New York Rangers 7PM
The New York Rangers look to build off their convincing home ice opener on Saturday. The Devils will look to get a decent game in the books. The cross-town rivalry is all set to begin tonight, although Sean Avery will not be in the line up for New York. Dubinsky and Gaborik seemed to have found the chemistry that all top line players hope to share around the league. This could be a very scary tandem, and if Brodeur doesn’t find his game, it could be an ugly night for the Devils.
Final – Rangers 4 Devils 1
Vancouver Canucks vs Columbus Blue Jackets 10:30 PM
How long is Roberto Luongo’s poor start to the season going to last? Canucks fans hope that tonight is the night Luongo turns his game as as Vancouver is home to face the BJ’s. Steve Mason, at the other end of the ice, is trying to prove that not every player in the league goes through a sophomore slump. This is going to be a great Western Conference game, but both teams seriously need to find their offense.
Final – Canucks 4 Blue Jackets 2
enjoy the night.
