Coburn Injured Shoulder

Defenseman Braydon Coburn became the latest Flyers blueliner to sustain an injury.

In the second period of Tuesday's 4-3 shoot-out loss, Coburn injured his shoulder. He was pinned against the boards with forward Matt Moulson. UPDATE: Coburn has a shoulder separation and is out indefinitely.

He became the latest defenseman to suffer an injury. Nicklas Grossmann was lost last week with an upper body injury and has missed the last three games while Andrej Meszaros hurt his shoulder on Tuesday.

The Flyers called up rookie defenseman Oliver Lauridsen anticipating Coburn's injury. Lauridsen is expected to make his NHL debut on Saturday against Boston.
