Game 21 : Habs @ Flyers + Live Blog Details

The day has come.

Tonight is going to be a wild one. The Habs (13-6-1) roll into Philly (13-6-2) and hope to be able to roll back out. After last week's 3-0 win in Montreal, you can expect Philadelphia want some sort of revenge. I hate to say it, but I'm hoping that we trail all game, and steal it late. Maybe that way we can avoid what is most likely on it's way, MAYHEM!

Mike Richards called out PK Subban after last week's game. Saying that it's too soon in PK's career to be chirping at other players in the NHL. I can agree with Richards in some aspects, but coming from a guy like him, it's pretty tough to take it seriously. Don't get me wrong, Richards is one of my favorite players in the league. His style of play can be questionable from time to time, but his love for the game is truly remarkable. But I find it hard to believe he hasn't done his fair share of premature chirpage while he was a rookie.

Carey Price is expected in nets tonight. It's still early in the season, but it's looking like it could be his break out year. He has had good starts before, bu this one doesn't seem to be cooling off anytime soon. Carey has 3 shutouts in his last 6 starts ( 4 on the year ) and is sitting pretty with a 2.00 GAA and a .930 Sv%.

Over on Philly, Richards is also having a great start to the year. He's got 17 points in the past 13 games, and he's not looking to slow down. My guess is he'll be doing his best tonight to lead his team to victory. Sort of "putting his money where his mouth is." God help us if we win tonight and PK chirps late in the 3rd.

Bobrovsky should get the start tonight despite Boucher's 5-0 win against Washington last week. Bobrovsky seems to be Philly's go to guy this season. He's got a 11-3-1 record with a 2.29 GAA and a .930 Sv%.

Andrei Markov is out of the lineup as usual while Carcillo and Leighton are sidelined for Philly.

Tonight's game is a hard one to predict. I think it's going to be a high scoring game. Not sure which side will walk away victorious, but my heart is saying Montreal. A very very bruised and battered Montreal that is.

Game starts at 7:00pm and is being aired on RDS and TSN-HABSHD.

I really hope this isn't a let down. I'm expecting high intensity from both teams and a big playoff atmosphere. Lots has been said over the last week and its time for both teams to own up and step up to their words. No prediction from me but I really would like to see Richards and PK go at it again Smile

I'm not sure what to expect. Hoping for playoff-ish feel. If Price shuts these guys out, I'll die.
