We had a decent first night, going 2-1. I Did not expect Elliot to get the shutout. With things really shaky in Philadelphia, it's hard to predict which Flyers team will take the ice in any given game.

Without further ado, here are tonight's picks:

Panthers @ Devils - Under 5.5 The Devils are averaging 5.10 combined goals per game, while the Panthers are averaging 6.06 combined goals per game.(but the Brodeur factor will bring the odds of this happening way down) These two team's combined average is 5.60 goals per game.(But like I said, have faith in Brodeur) Brodeur has a GAA of 2.11 this season and has only been scored on twice in the Devil's last two games. Scott Clemmensen will get the start for the Panther's this evening. He has a GAA of 4.01 this season.

Stars @ Sharks Both these teams have had a mediocre last ten games with the Sharks posting 5-3-2 record and the Stars posting a 4-3-3 record. The Sharks however are 8-2-4 this season when playing at home. Dallas won the first meeting between these two in a shootout, the Sharks will be out for revenge. Take the Sharks here.

Lightning @ Avalanche The Lightning are looking to snap their two-game losing streak. But they will be in tough as Craig Anderson returns in net for the Avalanche this evening. He has been stellar this season with a 14-7-5 record and a .919 save percentage. This will be a close game, but look for Anderson and the Avs to come out on top.

Hurricanes @ Capitals - Capitals +1 This game is a gift for you all. The difference between these two teams is 14 spots in the standings and a heck of a lot of goals. The Capitals have scored 111 goals this season while the Hurricanes only have 72 goals, which is 29th in the league. The Hurricanes are no match for Ovechkin and the Capitals, take the Capitals by more than 1.

Enjoy tonight's games and good luck!
