HockeyBreak Rumours

With the deadline hours away now, I've teamed up with HockeyBreak to bring you the latest rumours around the NHL. HockeyBreak is a connected insider who has been in on a lot of the craziness this past month in the NHL.

HockeyBreak had the Seabrook signing at 5 years/$29 million today before it was announced. Along with that, he's been in on the McCabe, McGrattan, Boyes, Stillman, Emery and McGrattan transactions well before they were announced.

9am Update

The Leafs are drawing a ton of interest this morning, Burke is believed to be fielding calls for MacArthur, Bozak, Kulemin and Grabovski.

Of those four, Kulemin is the least likely to be moved.

Weiss is apparently interested in going to the Leafs. He will waive his NTC to go to Toronto.

One player likely to be on the move today is Liles. Wideman and Martinek are also likely to be traded

..........................................................................................................................................

Here are some rumours he's heard floating around this evening:

*Jason Spezza is getting a lot of interest, but the Sens are not looking to trade him.

*LA looks like they will be the biggest buyer at this point, with their sights set on Richards, Hemsky and Penner.

*However, at this point it looks like Brad Richards will stay with the Stars.

*Jason Arnott is willing to waive his NTC to go to a playoff contender, not fringe playoff teams.

*Brian Burke is looking for both a top 6 forward and a defender. Names this evening are Liles and Weiss.

Stay Tuned to TCL tomorrow for our coverage of deadline day. We hope to have more rumours in the morning.
