The Predators on the other hand have struggled down the stretch, going 1-7-2 in their last ten, and currently sit in 14th place in the Western Conference, just two points ahead of the Colorado Avalanche.

The Flames have underperformed at the Dome thus far with a measly 2-4-2 record. The Kings will conclude their three game road trip after defeating the Oilers 3-1 last night in Edmonton.

With Rick Nash trade rumors swirling and the offense sputtering, something has to give soon for this club. However, it didn’t happen last night as the Kings were shutout for the eighth time this season and dealt a 1-0 defeat by the visiting Calgary Flames.
