How a team can go over a $65 million cap is beyond me. Semin is obviously halfway out the door now.
They still need to sign Alzner, who will likely sign for $2.5M+. I agree that Semin is likely gone, but it wouldn't surprise me if Greene is dangled as trade bait as well.
