Does Tootoo get suspended for this? I'm not sure what else he can do, other than either try to jump over Miller which he tried but failed, or to just barrel into him. #Sabres #Preds

Sorry but he had plenty of choices there, he should get a suspension for that. Seemed to me like he kind of knew what he was going too. I loved the Sabres reaction. And the guy in the front row losing his shit and banging on the glass haha.

LOL i didn't notice the guy in the background. Well i have no problem with the reaction of the Sabres as i would expect the Preds to do the same, i don't think it should be a suspension. Lucic's hit to me was much worse and the only reason we are talking about this now.

Easily a suspension. Hopefully at least five. That's a vicious, unnecessary hit on a defenseless goalie

As much as it pains me to say it, and as much as I wish he had gotten something, the main difference is that Miller was in his crease Saturday and not on the Lucic hit. Tootoo did that on purpose and he has a record.

I don't see how the hit is viscous, Tootoo has tried to jump over goalies before. he did it last year in the playoffs on Emery, and if you watch from a side angle you can see he tried to superman over him. He will probably get 2 games because the league has to make a statement but to say that the hit is malicious is off base.

The reason i say Lucic's is worse is because of the way he hit Miller, he shouldered the guy in the head, Tootoo could of ran Miller and made things much worse.

#Preds have placed Brett Lebda on Waivers, there seems to be an issue whether or not they can buy him out. Will have to wait and see. #LikeaLebda

The trade was made to get rid of Lombardi's contract because the #Preds didn't want to have the risk that he didn't play. As it turned out, the price of salary dumping was Franson and Lebda. Wasn't the best move, but needed to be done.

Weber has elected for a 1 year arbitration award if it comes to it. That mean if a deal is not reached and it goes to arbitration he will be a RFA again next off-season. #Preds
